You may be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or like you’ve lost yourself amidst everything you’re managing. Maybe you're struggling with anxiety that won't quiet down, finding that even joyful moments feel heavy, or navigating the highs and lows of life transitions, including in new motherhood. You may be feeling alone, even when surrounded by others, and unsure where to turn next. This is a safe, empowering, nonjudgmental space to breathe, reflect, and begin to feel like yourself again. We will collaborate to process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences and utilize your strengths and insight to work towards your unique goals.
With my focus in perinatal mental health, I work to support women through fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, birth trauma, and the identity shifts of motherhood. In addition to my perinatal work, I also support clients struggling with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, depression, relationship struggles, family conflict, and life transitions.
Asking for help isn’t easy, especially when used to being the one others depend on, but you don’t have to have it all figured out and are not alone in taking this step! If curious about working together, I invite you to reach out via email with your insurance and scheduling availability, and we can then arrange a brief phone consultation.
